Our Story
We are an Indo-British design and build founded in London in 2015. We now operate in India, serving discrete clients with end-to-end solutions for high-end interior and architectural services.
Founded in 2015 by Amol, a trained architect with an M.Arch from the Glasgow School of Art, GDB was built on a clear vision: to simplify a fragmented renovation market and offer a cohesive, architect-led approach under one roof.
Bringing together planning, interiors, construction, project management and procurement, GDB delivers carefully managed projects built on trust and clarity. Since inception, over 600 families have trusted us to create homes that are enduring, practical and reflective of the way they live.

A registered architect with the Council of Architecture, Pallavi brings over 27 years of professional experience to the studio. Her work spans tall tower architecture, master planning and mixed-use developments, combining technical expertise with a clear and considered approach to large-scale design.
Dhiraj Patil
Project Director (India)
An architect with over 20 years of professional experience, Dhiraj brings a broad range of expertise across institutional, residential, commercial and healthcare projects. Having worked in India and internationally, his approach brings creative clarity and technical depth to projects across architecture, interiors and landscape design.
Gilberto Cipriano
Design Director (London)
Gilberto is a chartered architect "ARB and RIBA" with strong qualifications built over more than 15 years in the field. His professional experience spans Portugal, Qatar, and the UK, where he has worked on diverse projects and now specialises in renovating and extending Victorian and 1930s homes across London.
Janine Kirkland
Business Manager (London)
Janine brings over a decade of experience in operations and business strategy. She’s been with the company since the beginning, building the systems and processes that support its growth.
